Supermodel Miranda Kerr, who regained her bikini body soon after giving
birth to her baby son this year, said she stays in shape by taking
coconut oil in her meals.
The 28-year-old Victoria's Secret model said that despite her recent motherhood she stays fit by making coconut oil a part of her diet, Sun online reported.
"I personally take four tablespoons of coconut oil per day, either on my salads, in my cooking or in my cups of green tea," she said.
Kerr is married to 'Lord Of The Rings' star Orlando Bloom last year. She gave birth to their first child Flynn in January and also said breastfeeding has helped her figure look even better.
